[Val can be found in the garden looking tired, even if he doesn't actually sleep. This is more death than he's used to and he couldn't do a thing about it.]
It's healing fairly quickly. [But it's much less awful than what happened to Xion.] What about you? Does it still hurt?
[ she starts to shake her head... but realizes he could probably very easily call bullshit on her trying to hide that. after a moment of resignation, she replies, ]
It does, but... not as much as when it happened. I was lucky to have it taken care of so quickly after we came back.
[ her face falls a little at that question, her voice a little quieter. ]
Not really. She was really quiet and kept to herself a lot... even more than me. I wish... we could've had more time together. Maybe I would've learned more about her that way.
